Direct Cremation

Our standard direct cremation is $1,495.

This price includes the basic services of the funeral director and staff, transfer of the deceased to the crematory within our 60-mile service area, refrigeration, a fiberboard alternative cremation container, a temporary container for the cremated remains, and the cremation process.

If you provide your own cremation container: $1,460.

Additional charges may apply for services or merchandise requested by the family or required by the circumstances of the case. These charges are listed on our General Price List.

Cremations are provided off-premises by a third-party cremation provider.

Additional Charges

Some charges are not included in the $1,495 direct cremation price and may apply depending on the circumstances of the case.

Medical Examiner Fee — $100

Death Certificates — $15 each

NRV Cremations can obtain death certificates for you for $15 each. You may also choose to order and pay for your death certificates directly.
