How It Works

1. Contact NRV Cremations

Call 540-838-8550 or select Make Arrangements Online. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, when a death occurs.

2. Complete the Arrangements

We will gather the necessary information and guide you through the required authorizations and paperwork. Arrangements may be completed online, by telephone, in our office, or in your home.

3. Transfer & Cremation

We coordinate the transfer of your loved one and the cremation process. Cremations are provided off-premises by a third-party cremation provider.

4. Receive the Cremated Remains

After cremation, the cremated remains may be picked up by the family, delivered by NRV Cremations, or mailed by USPS. Additional charges apply for delivery or mailing.
